Old stone house of more than 200 years, located in a natural environment of great beauty. Enjoy the tranquility of Es Capdellà's village and the incredible views of the mountains, near the Puig del Galatzo. The property and outdoor areas offer: a fenced pool surrended by a Mediterranean garden, a chill out area as well as a large outdoor dining table, 6 sun loungers, a barbecue and a bathroom with an outdoor shower. First floor: 2 additional double bedrooms , one with AC and the other equipped with a fan. It also has a garage for 2 cars. The access road to the property is narrow, therefore it is recommended to park bigger cars in the public parking place, near the property. The location of the farm is ideal for cycling and hikers. In the adjacent Galatzo Public Estate there are well marked hiking trails. Peguera beach is less than 10 minutes away by car. The finca has got capacity for 7 people.
