Enjoy the tranquility of Es Capdellà's village and the incredible views of the mountains, near the Puig del Galatzo. On the ground floor: a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and living room & a large wooden table. Access from the corridor to a mezzanine with an extra single bed. First floor: 2 additional double bedrooms , one with AC and the other equipped with a fan. It also has a garage for 2 cars. The access road to the property is narrow, therefore it is recommended to park bigger cars in the public parking place, near the property. Outdoor facilities: It has a fenced pool with a Mediterranean garden, chill out area as well as an outdoor dining table, bathroom with outdoor shower, sun loungers, barbecue. The location of the farm is ideal for cycling and hikers. In the adjacent Galatzo Public Estate there are well marked hiking trails. Peguera beach is less than 10 minutes away by car. The finca has got capacity for 7 people.
