Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The amount of space and the facilities were great. The communication from Juan-Carlos was fantastic! The location, close to the beach, was brilliant! The ease of getting into and vacating the property was excellent!

Negative: There was a "noise curfew" after 11pm which was restrictive as, being an old house, the floor boards and stairs were very noisy without us even talking! The upstairs shower does need to looked at as some of the water outlets were not very functional but, overall, we were very happy!

Summary: Very unique house, close to the beach - suits groups but not if you want to be night owls!
