Afterwards, you can come down and enjoy a wonderful day on the beach or in the complex's 14 x 8m chlorinated communal pool, which is 0.4m to 1.75m deep. There is also a children's playground with swings and a slide on a grassy area, ideal for the little ones.
This ninth floor flat, with lift, offers a spacious living-dining room where you can eat together or watch TV with a privileged view of the sea. The renovated kitchen has a gas hob, oven and everything you need for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 bathrooms in the house with bathtub, as well as 4 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and the last one with a single bed. There is a cot and a high chair available as well as 2 fans.
