Positive: We stayed for 7 nights as a family of 6 (with 4 young kids) and overall had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a large family. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with nice beaches (without sunbeds or umbrellas, like most beaches in the Basque Country) and a few good restaurants. The host was helpful and responsive, and it’s easy to take a bus to Bilbao on rainy days.

Negative: - Check-in instructions could be clearer – the email from Booking was in Spanish, and entry to the building requires internet access, which might be tricky for some. - The private parking is very tight. It was hard to get our SUV in and out, taking quite a bit of maneuvering. One night we parked outside and received a fine. - The building is mostly residential, with older neighbors. Some were very kind, but others were less tolerant of normal noise from children. Still, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to other families!
