Positive: Excellent value for money. Ground floor villa only, ideal for family with two children like us, 4y and 5y old. Airco. Swimming pool with water at very nice temperature and properly maintained/cleaned. Beautiful maintained terras, garden and plants: done daily by gardener. Parking spot. Very private. Historic feel, yet contemporary and comfortable.

Negative: Close to flying route of airplanes, albeit still at at acceptable distance and noise level for sleeping and being outdoors. You need a car to get around or other means of transportation.
