The ground floor has a living room with sitting area, fireplace (decorative), old stone sink and a TV. There is a kitchen open to the living room. At the other end of the hall is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, furniture and office space. Next to the bedroom, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and wardrobe space.
From the living room, wooden staircase leads upstairs where the second room is located, with a bed of 120cm wide and a bed of 90cm and a small seating area. There is also a sink.

Bergerac is at 50 km distances and Sarlat at 35 km. Bastide de Belves with shops and small supermarket at 2km. There is an excellent bakery at 2km. For swimming you can go to the local pool in Belves or take a swim in the Dordogne Coux (10km), and Siorac (8km). Two golf courses at Siorac (8km).
