On one level the villa has a modern interior comprising of an open plan lounge with a six seater dining table to the rear. The separate well equipped kitchen located just off the rear of the lounge also to the rear of the lounge is a hall way leading to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the the lounge on the right is bedroom 1 comprising of one double bed two bedside cabinets and two bedside lamps plus one fitted wardrobe. Directly opposite is the family bathroom with modern shower and fittings, Bedroom 2 is a family room for up to 3 people comprising of a double bed and a over head bunk bed, 1 three draw bedroom cabinet and one double fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is a double bed with on suite bathroom comprising of a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 bedside lamps 1 four draw bedroom cabinet and 2 built in wardrobes, the on suite comprises of bath/shower,bidet,sink and modern fitting.
There is a enclosed glass niya with sliding doors looking onto the pool area containing indoor out door garden furniture double seater and two single seater chairs and matching glass table next to the glass niya is an open niya with a covered roof containing a table and 6 chairs for outside dinning also over looking the large private pool.
The Villa is is very secure there are either window locks, steel Rejas bars or steel roller cover on all the windows, you can only enter or exit the villa from the front via a electric gate or by the side gate next to it both need a key or a fob to enter.

PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the villa and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The remaining balance will be required 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Due to the world wide increase in utility's I am introducing an optional usage of the air conditioning. If you require air conditioning this will come at a cost of 75 euro's per week payable in cash on your arrival at the villa. May I bring to your attention that there are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and in the lounge there is no extra charge for the use of these.
NOTES ON PRICES
In order to protect both parties please note you will NEVER be asked to pay the full amount of the holiday up front, a 25% deposit only is required.
