Beautiful 4 bedroom house in a quiet area of Malaga, near the Malaga Maternal and Child Hospital.
The house has 3 floors and a huge basement with a chill out area.
First floor: Living room, dining table, large kitchen and toilet.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.
Third floor: 1 bedroom, laundry room and beautiful terrace with sofa and chairs.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, balcony, double bed and built-in wardrobe.
Basement: a perfect chill out area with sofas, TV and wine cellar / bar.
Around the house there is a terrace with a table, chairs and an umbrella.
We have 6 bikes available in exchange for a deposit of € 100. Please contact us for more information.

The main thing is no music or party after 22:00. No smoking inside the house Respect and leave the things as you find them. Important: Turn off air conditioner and all lights every time you leave the apartment. There is a charge of a 35€ for lost keys. If you left the keys in the door from inside you have to pay for locksmith services. It's not allowed to use fireplace for safety reasons. LATE CHECK-IN HAS AN EXTRA FEE: check-in 22:00-24:00 is 15€ check-in AFTER 24:00 is 30€ At check-out, please leave the keys on the table and shut the door. Never leave them in the door- lock.
If you come by car - there is also available free parking on the street. Bus station is 2 minutes walking distance from house.
