On the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining room with SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and 1 bedroom (with bathroom en suite, safe and TV), suitable for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms each with bathroom en suite, safe and TV. Two of them with direct access to a furnished balcony. There is a small room with a bunk bed (without safe, AC, TV and closet)to provide two more people a comfortable sleep. In addition you will find a furnished roof terrace with sun all day long. In the large garden is the heatable salt water pool, surrounded by areas for sunbathing or eating outdoors. Free Wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa.
