The property has plenty of outdoor spaces to relax with family and friends on sunny summer evenings.
Its impressive garden of more than 30.000 m2 has an exceptional panorama: it has a play area for children, a farm with animals, a paddle tennis court and a bio river swimming pool of more than 500 m2 with a Roman bridge of the 20th century on top of it. The villa also has 2 paddle surf boards to enjoy in the swimming pool.
It also has two terraces with barbecue overlooking the garden and pool, hammocks to relax listening to the wild sounds of the place and a orchard with all kinds of organic products.

On the upper floor, 4 bedrooms with private bathroom and terrace overlooking the garden.
