The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house. It is located on the first floor of the building, and has an elevator.

It is a spacious and very bright accommodation, with incredible views of the city's most emblematic square, and its most visited monument, the Alcazaba. It has a small balcony from which you can look out onto the street and enjoy the magnificent views. It is next to Picasso's birthplace and in the same building as its exhibition hall. Everything important is close by. the Picasso Museum Málaga, the Alcazaba, the Museum of Málaga. The port and the Pompidou Center are just a ten-minute walk away and Malagueta beach is about 15 minutes away. Around it are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere take place in the center.

The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 20-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.
