Can Bufí is a renovated, elegant, welcoming, spacious rural house, designed to be enjoyed with family or friends. It can be rented throughout the year exclusively for groups with a capacity of 21 people.
The house is located on a small mountain with magnificent views of the Pyrenees, the Massís d'Ardenya valley and the Gavarres. The country estate is surrounded by 23 hectares of land with a part of vineyards, forest and garden areas that offer our guests unparalleled privacy and tranquility.
Can Bufí is in a privileged situation, very well connected 2 km from the town of Llagostera, 23 km from the city of Girona, 88 km from Barcelona and only 20 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava; Platja d'Aro, Sant Feliu de Guixols and Tossa de Mar. It is ideal for discovering the charms of our region.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful hall, office room with TV, games room for the little ones, presided over by a modern fireplace open on both sides. Also on this floor there is a large dining room with an auxiliary space with a bar, a room with sofas and billiards and three toilets. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and has industrial and professional furniture to be able to prepare the best meals.
From the ground floor, if we go down a few stairs, we find one of the most incredible spaces in the house, the heated indoor pool that can be used all year with a temperature between 28º-30º. On this same floor we also have a games room with table tennis, table football and darts.
On the second floor, the house has 7 triple rooms, each with a private bathroom. Two rooms have a bathtub and the rest a shower (one of them adapted for a wheelchair). The house has air conditioning, heating and a lift for those who may need it.
The exterior of Can Bufí is one of its main attractions. In the garden, you will find an open porch that invites you to enjoy long lunches and dinners in an idyllic and cozy environment. It has a large swimming pool ideal for spending long summer afternoons in the sun and it is fenced for the safety of the little ones. We will also find the chill out area where you can observe the unique sunsets.
