The modern and bright kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals, and if you need something else, you have shopping centres and supermarkets just a few minutes away.The villa is air-conditioned with a gas boiler for the coldest days and air conditioning throughout the house, except for one room on the ground floor.
