Puigval-Chalets neighborhood offers a tranquil setting, surrounded by nature and providing beautiful views of the mountains and sea. It's a great spot for relaxation while being close to the vibrant city of Valencia.
The town is home to historical sites like the 13th-century Monastery of Santa Maria and is near the beaches of El Puig, perfect for water activities or relaxing by the Mediterranean. With its mix of history, nature, and cuisine, El Puig is an ideal destination.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. Beach towels provided
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
