This close to the beach fully furnished three room apartment is on the first floor of a row house. It features 43 m² and enjoys an unobstructed view of the mini park. It is sandwiched between a nature park (3,700 ha) and a pine forest, shielding the apartment from strong winds so that you can go to the beach, which is 470 m away, in your swimwear. The apartment is in a quiet cul-de-sac.
It enjoys hot/cold air conditioning, bed linen and towels are provided. The living room is furnished with a four seater upholstered sofa and has a dining area that can accommodate four persons. A cabinet and entertainment centre with radio, CD player and television are also available. The Costa Blanca’s most beautiful beaches and the healthy climate (WHO recognised) provided by two large salt lakes in the area invite you to enjoy walks along the beach/swimming and cycling/hiking in the nature park which you find 180m away. Within a 470m air distance you have the choice of going to the 11km long and very wide beach of Guardamar or to the busier beach of La Mata. The nature reserve 180m away from your apartment features partially developed hiking trails and here you will find an information centre where you can get expert advice and information on flora and fauna. In the vicinity there also is a horse stable that offers guided horseback excursions to the salt lake and beach rides along the coast.
