We have 2 separate accommodation options: Can Piferrer (www.canpiferrer.com) and La Casa Petita (www.lacasapetita.com). Situated in a prime location thanks to the surrounding nature, peaceful atmosphere and landscape noted for its location and access routes, this is the ideal place for tourism: very near to Girona (13 km), the Costa Brava (16 km), Girona-Costa Brava airport (5 km), and just under 5 minutes from the exit of the AP-7 motorway, the Nacional 2 and the Transversal axis.
Can Piferrer is a typical farmhouse on the plain of La Selva built in the year 1740. Thanks to its interest and architectural value it is classified as an Element of Architectural Interest and has not undergone any form of transformation throughout over 260 years of existence. It has been restored (2007) conscientiously to maintain its character and personality, to adapt it for rural tourism with the maximum luxury and comforts in an enviable location thanks to the surrounding landscape and peaceful atmosphere.
Can Piferrer covers a surface area of 600 m2 on each of the two floors and has capacity for anything from 8 to 20 people. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, 1 dining room with a large fireplace, 2 lounges with a fireplace and 1 large central room. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms (3 are en suite), and a multiple bedroom with a shared bathroom, as well as a large central room for carrying out any type of activities. There is also a large garden with over 3000m2 of space including a pool and a spacious terrace.
The Casa Petita de Can Dalmau is a separate rural house situated between Cassà de la Selva and Caldas de Malavella, and 150 m from Can Piferrer. Built at the end of the 19th century it was one of the old houses of the stable boys who worked in the large farm of Can Dalmau. It was restored in the 2007 and 2010 to updated and adapt it for rural tourism but preserving its own traditional style.
The Casa Petita has a surface area of 300 m2 distributed over two floors and room for 6-7 people. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a fireplace, dining room, TV lounge and a toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There is a large garden opposite the house with trees, a terrace and a porch. It also shares a swimming pool with the farmhouse of Can Piferrer which is less than 800 metres away.
Can Piferrer farmhouse can be rented separately (8-10 people) or together with the El Forn and El Porxo apartments (they are located in the same building) with a total capacity for 18-20 people.
