GENERAL INFORMATION
Our estate, Can Abrazzo, is located just 40 minutes north of Barcelona. Set on a fenced plot of 25,000 m², it offers peace and quiet—ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle while still being close to the beach and the city. The property borders a golf course and lies in an exclusive residential area with spacious villas, ensuring that neighbors are far away. Positioned at about 250 meters above sea level, it boasts a spectacular panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and coast.
The Mediterranean climate allows for year-round enjoyment of outdoor activities. We’re just minutes from two golf courses, and only a 7-minute drive to the beach and the ports of Port Balís and Arenys.
Nearby you'll find large nature parks perfect for hiking and mountain biking. The Costa Brava begins only 35 km from our estate, and Girona and Figueres (home to the Dalí Theatre-Museum) are easy to visit on a day trip. ACCOMMODATION
Can Abrazzo offers four unique and independent guest accommodations for rent. Outdoor facilities like the swimming pool and garden are shared with the small number of guests we host. Thanks to the spacious and well-thought-out layout, each unit enjoys a high level of privacy. Our concept is deliberately small-scale and peaceful.
Your choice is La Pergola a 46 m² loft with its own panoramic terrace of 40 m². It features a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a large double bed (180x200), a bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning & heating, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. The terrace is partially covered and stylishly furnished with a lounge dining area, sun loungers, refreshing outdoor shower, BBQ, outdoor kitchen/bar, and—most importantly—a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea and coast. Thanks to its unique position, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from this accommodation. It has its own private entrance via a staircase on the side of the main house.
We welcome our guests to explore the property freely, except for the private area of the main house where we live. From each accommodation, you have direct access to the grounds: walk past the chicken coop to the Bali bed, the swimming pool, the Tiki Bar, pétanque court, hot tub, and sauna. These areas are shared between us and our guests.
The swimming pool is usually closed from November to the end of April, depending on the weather. During this period, the wood-fired hot tub and sauna are available for a small fee to cover wood, bathrobes, etc.
Our property, situated between the villages of Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, lies in a rather secluded area accessible only via a forest road (approx. 500 meters). We recommend that guests have their own vehicle. Free parking is available right next to the property.
ABOUT US
We, Klaas & Jenny, are a Dutch couple who moved to Spain in 2012. Before coming to Spain, we lived in the Netherlands, England, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Belgium, Germany, and France. But it was the Mediterranean part of Spain that truly captured our hearts.
In 2015, we found our dream spot, renovated and rebuilt it, and somewhat spontaneously started renting out our first guest accommodation in 2020.
We love nature, animals, and tranquility—but also enjoy good food, cooking, and wine. We live here with our three dogs, three cats, and chickens. While our pets are friendly and affectionate, we recommend guests feel comfortable around animals, as they roam freely on the property and will likely greet you regularly.
As we aim to offer peace and quiet in a beautiful natural setting, parties or excessive noise that could disturb others are not permitted. We prefer bookings from guests seeking a relaxing stay who want to enjoy excursions and our property.
Please note that we cannot accommodate more people than stated in the booking. This means the use of the property, including the pool, is strictly reserved for booked guests only.
Because we are located within a protected nature park, open fires are not allowed.
Although our terrain is hilly and may be challenging for guests with limited mobility, we do offer several accommodations that may still be suitable. If there’s no need to use the pool or wellness facilities, there are certainly options to enjoy a comfortable stay.
