Location
The Ses Tanques urbanization is located in Es Canutells, in the southeast of the island, about 10 minutes' walk from the beach, and less than 10 minutes' drive from the town of San Clemente, where you will find bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a drugstore. The rest of the southern beaches (Binidalí, Binisafúller, Binibeca, Punta Prima and Alcaufar) are also 5 to 10 minutes away by car, as is the capital, Mahón, with the largest natural harbour in Europe.

The community pool is very large and has fantastic sea views.
The Villa has three terraces, one at the entrance, another with sea views which is accessed from the living room (with built-in sofas and a table to eat in the shade) and another on the first floor also with sea views. As it is a first line, these last two terraces enjoy magnificent views of the sea, and enjoying the sunset is also wonderful.
