Naturaki Casa Nova de Ferrando is a farmhouse from the year 1872, restored according to the original style and equipped with every comfort. Located in the village of Fornells de la Selva, in the middle of a rural environment very close to the Gavarres massif and overlooking the Pyrenees. With a large garden surrounded by cypress trees, it is an ideal place to enjoy tranquility with family or friends.
The house can accommodate up to 22 people and has 9 rooms all with their own bathroom.
On the ground floor of the house we find a large hall, a reading room and the kitchen with access to a large room with the wooden ceiling where there is a very long table to enjoy meals. On the other side we find a room equipped with a fireplace, TV, stereo, with large windows and exit to the garden. On the same floor we also find a bathroom, a room chaired by a billiards and a double room with toilet. The whole house has heating.
On the first floor we find a room that distributes 6 double rooms and 1 with two beds. On the second floor we find a stately suite overlooking the town of Fornells de la Selva and the mountains, and a studio where two more people can sleep with a large window from where you can see a cypress forest.
