Back in 1973, when it was already in Secundino's hands, forgotten and in ruin, he undertook a tedious restoration process, completing the machinery, grinding stones, gears, etc to convert it into his personal painting studio. An original construction of thick, solid stone walls, with its handcrafted wooden dome, pierced by its axes and solid chestnut beams, offers us a unique vision of an archaeological experience, modernized to the comfort of our times for very personal stays.
