The second floor is the main one; it has a wide, luminous and modern room with the dinning-living room and an American kitchen. Finally we have a nice covered terrace which goes around the dining-living room. It is equipped with an exterior dining room and some sofas where you can relax comfortably. The lower floor is at the same level as the swimming pool and the garden are. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.EXTERIOR : Built on an inclined 725m2 plot, a garden on several levels with different kinds of trees and plants. The barbecue area is on an uncovered terrace, at the same level as the villa. On lower level we have the swimming pool surrounded by its sunbeds.
