The mill is located in the Mera river valley, a space protected by the Natura 2000 network, and just 2 km from the Ortigueira estuary. It is a very quiet area, but well connected to visit the Galician Rías Altas. It is a singular house in a unique spot, with a garden by the river that is accessed by a small bridge. No toxic or polluting products have been used in its rehabilitation, and ecological criteria have been applied for its insulation and thermal behavior. All this to make the stay in them more pleasant and to respect the environment. The farm is registered in a small rural nucleus of A Ponte Noval, strategically located to know the Rías Altas: it is located about 10-15 km. from Cedeira, Cariño and Ortigueira and from numerous little crowded beaches.
The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, a fireplace and a bathroom, another with two single beds, a fireplace and a bathroom, and a third with two single beds without a bathroom (only open for groups of more than 4 people). It has a living room with a sofa, fireplace and board games, an equipped kitchen, a reading area with a small library and tourist information, and a room with the old mills. The washing machine is in an annex and is shared with the other mill that exists on the property. Outside it has a terrace with outdoor furniture, a vineyard and a barbecue. Through a small bridge you access the garden.
Educated and adult pets are allowed on request.
