The studio features a comfortable 135 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The brothels operate only during daylight hours, and there is a police station on the same street, so safety in the heart of Madrid is more than guaranteed. We like to inform our tenants about this because there is one of these establishments in our building. We assure you that it does not cause any inconvenience or issues, but you may see some women at the entrance or along the street. We prefer to be transparent in case this might be a concern for you.
