Positive: That it is in a quiet area and that it has its own private underground parking area .

Negative: Number of things : 1- the sheets on the beds were not spotless, with human hairs here and there. 2- the place seemed smaller than the discription. 3 - the place is within a closed complex,with a door/gate that could be opened either from the inside or with a key from the outside, i was told that the doorman is always present for help with the door, which was not the case especially in the nights. Eventually getting help from other residents who lived there. 4 - on the day of my reservation a number of months ago, i asked and made it clear that we need a babh crib, the reply was generic back then and when a staff member reached for me days before the arrival he did not disclose any information regarding the crib (just to let us know, to have the info, simple answers - yes we do have or no we do'nt) it simply did not happen, only to discover upon check-in that there is no crib, which made us go late at night and purchase a foldable one. 5 - the last thing would be regarding the instructions of getting into the complex and having the keys, i cheked-in online as instructed when reavhed by a staff member via whatsapp and according to the recommended timeframe (at least two days prior to arrival), to my surprise and anxiety i got the instruction only on my way from Andalucia in the south and after checking-out from the previous property. I double cheked if something was wrong with the online check-in, and there wasn't. Simply the replies came too late. When i departed from the property i was staying in without still getting the instructions, i have already made my mind that suppose there is any wrong with the reservation i will simply reserve as nother hotel or property upon arrival to the Madrid area. Just to make things clear, it wad me, my wife, my 4yo daughter and our 1yo son, so in case of problematic reservation it is not so simple to locate a suitable accomodation for us on the go.
